Join Us in Making a Difference This Giving Tuesday!
Giving Tuesday is a nationally recognized day dedicated to giving back, celebrated every November. It’s a special time for nonprofits like Integral Youth Services (IYS) to showcase their impact and for the community to rally together in support. This year, IYS is taking Giving Tuesday to the next level by celebrating it all month long with various opportunities to #givehope to at-risk youth in Klamath.
In 2023, IYS was able to serve 1700 youth and families thanks to your donations, time, and spreading the hope! This year, we’re surpassing those numbers and working to serve even more.
How Can You Make an Impact?
Spread the Word: Imagine the difference we can make if more people knew about IYS! Currently, we reach just 4% of the Klamath County population. With your help, we can reach so many more. Simply telling your friends and family about IYS and our #GiveHope campaign, or sharing our mission on social media, can make a huge difference. Plus, we have outreach volunteer opportunities throughout the month where you can get involved and help spread the word.
Volunteer: Your time is incredibly valuable to us. Last year, volunteers from all walks of life contributed over 1500 hours to support our youth. This year, we’re hosting a special volunteer event on December 3rd, where we’ll be decorating for the Snowflake Parade. It’s a fun and festive way to give back! Donate: Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us create a brighter future for our youth. Not to mention, we’re 84% to our goal of 100,000! Here are some exciting ways you can donate:
- Bottle Drop Give: From November 15th to December 2nd, all bottles and cans recycled through IYS will be matched 20% by Bottle Drop. Bring your cans to our main office or schedule a pick-up, and watch your impact grow!
- Abby’s Pizza Night: On December 3rd, Abby’s Pizza on 1919 Austin Street will donate 20% of their sales from the night to IYS. Whether you dine in or order for delivery, a portion of your purchase will support our cause.
