Summer Lunches
The IYS Summer Lunch program is back for 2024! This schedule is subject to change, check back here for the latest version.
The goal of the Summer Lunch Program is to fulfill the nutritional needs of low income youth during the summer months with daily distribution of free USDA sponsored nutritional lunches. Distribution sites include both city and rural areas. The Summer Lunch Program serves youth age 1-18 free daily meals from June to August. IYS has several sites throughout the city including Library sites as well as throughout several neighborhood parks.

Check out our Mobile Hub schedule here to get an emergency food box. Find summer meal sites below, these sites feed youth ages 1-18 during the school year. Daily sites serve individual meals which must be consumed on site. Grab n Go sites serve weekly meals which can be eaten at home:
