Street Outreach Worker

Integral Youth Services (IYS) is on a mission “To honor God in offering Hope to youth, providing for their needs and mentoring toward positive choices and healthy relationships” in Klamath and Lake Counties of Oregon.

Integral Youth Services (IYS) is a private, non-profit 201 (c) (3) social service agency that has been providing services for homeless and at-risk youth since 1988. Participation in each IYS program is voluntary and all services are free to the client. Our programs focus on “integrating” with one another to meet the needs of the youth and their families through advocacy, shelter, education, intervention, youth housing, employment training and life skills training.

The IYS Exodus House is looking for two outgoing and friendly people who are familiar with the Klamath Falls community and can work independently to meet the youth where they spend time. This position will require building relationships with community partners, who may be able to refer youth to IYS, such as but not limited to:

  • School Districts
  • Community Librarians
  • School Officials
  • Department of Human Resources
  • Additional Organizations as seems fit

This person will be responsible for communicating on behalf of Exodus House, hanging posters, and keeping a log of daily runs.

Pay: $13/hr.

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Mon.-Fri. Day shift


  • High School Education or Equivalent
  • Drivers License and Clean Driving Record for at least 3 Years (Insurable)
  • Ability to pass a DHS Background Check
