Maternity Group Home (MGH)
Transitional Living Program for Pregnant & Parenting Young Adults
The Maternity Group Home (MGH) at Integral Youth Services provides safe, supportive housing for pregnant and parenting young adults ages 18–24 who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or unsafe living situations.
MGH offers a stable, home-based environment where young parents can focus on their well-being, strengthen parenting skills, and plan for a healthy, independent future for themselves and their children. The program supports parents with children under the age of five during a critical period of growth, stability, and family development.
All services are provided in a respectful, confidential, and community-based setting designed to promote long-term family stability.

MGH provides a stable, home in a residential environment where pregnant and parenting young adults can live safely while focusing on their personal goals and their child’s development. On-site staff offer guidance and support while encouraging responsibility, dignity, and independence.
Services are provided regardless of a participant’s gender identity, culture, ethnicity, income, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.
Offers individualized, wraparound services that address the unique needs of young parents. Participants receive personalized case management, mentoring, and parenting support, along with connections to healthcare, early childhood services, and essential resources such as WIC, SNAP, and transportation assistance.
IYS staff work collaboratively with community partners to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive support throughout a participant’s stay.
Focused on helping young parents build the skills, confidence, and planning needed for long-term family stability. Through life skills development, education and employment planning, and strengthened support systems, participants work toward sustainable housing and self-sufficiency.
Typical participation ranges from 12–24 months, allowing families the time and support needed to create lasting change.
